What is Integrity?
Integrity is a nonprofit organization of lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT) Episcopalians and their straight friends. Since its founding by Dr. Louie Crew in rural Georgia in 1974, Integrity has been the leading grassroots voice for the full inclusion of LGBT persons in the Episcopal Church and equal access to its rights. At the national level, and in local chapters and diocesan networks throughout the country, the primary activities are:
- worship
- fellowship
- education
- communication
- outreach
- service to the church
Members of Integrity from All Saints Watsonville, Calvary in Santa Cruz and St. John the Baptist usually meet every third Sunday at St. John's for a parish potluck from 5:30 to 8:00 p.m.
