8:00 a.m. Spoken Service
The Episcopal Church has a tradition of offering an early morning worship service that is prayerful, quiet and reflective. This service is known as Rite One, in the Book of Common Prayer. A Rite describes the structure and pattern of prayer that is consistent each Sunday. You will notice Elizabethan English in many of the prayers, reflecting our Anglican heritage. The congregation sits in silence until the priest enters the sanctuary to begin the service. All our welcome to join in Holy Communion. After the service, join us for coffee in the parish hall.
